Create a seamless LoRaWAN network
Many LoRaWAN networks around the world have been deployed: public with a telco or private networks. In the same country, you may have multiple networks as well. It is complexe to manage your sensors via multiple web portals.
Pilot Things is connected to the major LoRaWAN networks in the world thus creating a seamless LoRaWAN network. No matter the network your sensors are connected to, you see all in the same portal : Pilot Things. We will also get the measures of all the sensors.
Add technologies
LoRaWAN is a great technology but it is not available everywhere around the world. Plus it is not accurate in all use cases.
With Pilot Things you can add sensors using multiple connectivity technologies: Bluetooth, Zigbee, legacy BACnet and Modbus ... and more...
By using multiple technologies you leverage each of them and maximise the possibilities.
Plug and Play sensors
Once the sensors are connected using LoRaWAN they send unformatted and unusable messages. Pilot Things unique feature automatically decodes the messages to usable measures (like temperature, humidity,...).
You connect your sensors and get the measures as easy as Plug & Play.
Process the measures
Now that you have sensors in the field you would like to use the measures into a scenario.
Pilot things is integrated with open source programming language node-red (https://nodered.org/). Just drag and drop the measures and draw your scenario.
